The Daily Mail reports the pastry takes three days to make using butter from France, organic Australian flour, wagyu brisket and shiitake mushroom, and it comes with a chimney at the top where customers can pour in the chicken sauce.Foodies can be seen queuing outside the bakery in Surry Hills for the expensive pastry, but others believe it's too pricey
The website said since opening Wednesday-Sunday in November last year, the bakery has been shutting their doors early after customers clear the shelves long before closing time.
The little pink bakery on Crown Street in Surry Hills has taken social media by storm thanks their range of their Instagrammable sweet and savoury treats made with layers upon layers of flaky pastry and stylish chic interior.
