Our skin is the largest organ of our body and plays a crucial role in protecting our body from external factors such as pollution, UV rays, and bacteria. Here are some healthy low maintenance tips for healthy skin.

Protecting your skin from the sun is one of the most important steps in maintaining healthy skin. Exposure to UV rays can cause premature aging, sunburn, and increase the risk of skin cancer.
